Need a new roof? We can safely remove your solar panels and reinstall them in proper working order once your roofing project is complete. We coordinate closely with your roofing contractor’s timeline to minimize loss of solar energy production.
This has quickly become one of our largest lines of business. We are owned by Joiner Roofing, which gives us a great knowledge of roofing systems and their installations. This becomes crucial when a customer has the need for a new roof that has solar panels already installed. We can take them off and properly reinstall them when the roof is complete.
Because we are an Illinois Distributed Generation (DG) Certified Installer, we have expertise in detaching and re-attaching solar panels so that they work properly. Many roofers are not licensed and do not have the knowledge to properly do this.
Stranded Customers
We are registered with the Illinois Shines program to assist customers whose original solar installer is no longer in business. If you’re a stranded customer, we’re here to ensure that your solar system remains supported.
Illinois Shines SREC Application Filing
We work directly with our Approved Vendor to submit your Solar Renewable Energy Credit (SREC) application through the Illinois Shines program, creating a smooth and accurate process.
